If you've stumbled into my little corner of the internet then it's probably because we've connected through one of the ways that I gather people together. Let's get to know each other.

Who am i? And how do I know how to do all the stuff I do?

Like so many of you, where I am now is never where I planned or dreamed to be. It happened over years of work and exploring and getting deeply curious about the things which really interested me.

That winding path has included a joint honours degree in English Literature and Italian (chosen because I liked books, pizza and would get to live in Italy for a year even though I had never been to Italy before. True story). I've worked in just about every industry you can name from security to aircraft parts to media to fashion. I have a magpie-like attraction to learning new things.

I did basic counselling training before finding that what I really thrived in was coaching and mentoring. I re-trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Coach and started putting my best skills to use for other people's businesses.

After years of trying to fit into boxes that didn't suit me, in 2010 I declared myself happily #unemployable and decided to only do what I knew how to do best and work with the people I really wanted to work with.

So, what do I know how to do best?

Two things, 1) I make small businesses better 2) I build communities that change lives. Which are really not as different as they might first seem. The heart of everything I do is connecting. I connect people, I connect businesses, I connect ideas. I see patterns where others see chaos and making those connections helps the people I work with reach their goals with more ease and flow because they know exactly what path to take to reach them.

How can I help you?

Well, you've come here to get to know me, and I want to get to know you. I don't work with anyone I haven't talked to first and the best way to get the conversation started is to hop on over to my Work With Me page to see the ways in which I can help you get from where you are right now to where you want to be. Shall we go there together?
