I've been building communities across Europe since Y2K. Before we liked each other on Facebook, before we became a number on someone's mailing list, I was helping humans connect to humans.
I see patterns where others see chaos. I use those patterns to connect the dots and develop strengths-based solutions which grow communities and help businesses thrive.
I believe that we all have the ability to gather people in a way that facilitates change and that technology can be a powerful force for good when used with integrity.
My talks are rooted in the knowledge that communities will save the world and that we all have a role to play in the leadership of the future.
